1. Learnex AI Terms and Conditions
This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Learnex AI and the user ("User") of the Learnex AI platform. By accessing and using the Learnex AI platform, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
1. License: Learnex AI grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Learnex AI platform for personal or internal business purposes.
2. User Obligations: The User agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Learnex AI platform. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.
3. Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the Learnex AI platform, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by Learnex AI. The User agrees not to reproduce, modify, or create derivative works based on the Learnex AI platform without the express written consent of Learnex AI.
4. Privacy: Learnex AI collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Learnex AI platform, the User consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability: Learnex AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Learnex AI platform.
6. Termination: Learnex AI may terminate this Agreement and the User's access to the Learnex AI platform at any time without prior notice for any reason.
7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Learnex AI is based.
8. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Learnex AI and the User with respect to the use of the Learnex AI platform, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
